Even hard-to-cut materials (such as tungsten, titanium, Inconel, nickel-base alloys, stainless steel alloys, and molybdenum, etc.) can be processed. EDM machines can enter the surface of a workpiece at extremely steep angles and erode through unknown voids. The entire process is precisely controlled without the need to set precise drilling depth in advance.
